As a newbie yogi two years ago, I began Andy's classes at the Refinery E9 and I've left each weekly class feeling like Andy has uplifted my spirits, teased me to become a more proficient yogi and one always reflective of the simple pleasures that a shared yoga session can bring. All this wrapped in warmth, deft humour, an unswerving kindness and the greatest kickass musical taste on this planet. Find Andy and you've found a true gift.

Andy is a ray of sunshine that lightens up my life! Her classes are always full of positive, vibrant energy I leave feeling on top of the world. What I love about her classes are the sense of fun and that she doesn’t take things too seriously. She has such a beautiful and impeccable taste in music - if she wasn’t a yoga teacher she would be a fantastic DJ!

"Andy's classes are the perfect balance between solid technique, hard work and playful discipline. She offers practical guidance that puts the beginner at ease and challenges the advance yogi. Andy always guides you to push into new places and different experiences, energetically breathing as a group all the way to a well deserved savasana."

— ALDIE PRETORIOUS, ART DIRECTOR

"Andy is such a special and unique teacher. I always love her classes and leave feeling uplifted, challenged, better about myself and positive about my practice. She has great energy, always pushing me to work hard, but equally supportive, funny, encouraging and soulful the way she talks about the body, mind and spirit and the practice of yoga. I love Andy's classes! And the music she plays is an extra treat for the ears, she has an understanding of how much music can effect you, which is so important."

"The music, the flow, the fun (because it actually is!), the fact that she clearly puts loads of thought into a class before actually teaching it, it's a magical combination."

"Andy is an alchemist. Using an ever-evolving blend of poses, awesome music, and snippets of intriguing philosophy that inspire her, Andy creates classes that are never the same twice.  She is a natural born teacher who effortlessly inspires you have confidence in yourself, and, when challenging you the most, somehow always makes you laugh at the same time.  Every class is a small enjoyable journey that leaves you feeling happier, more relaxed, energized and ready to take on the world!  I first started going, as an absolute beginner, to try and help fix a long term lower back problem.  After three weeks it had completely gone away, but by that time I was completely hooked anyway. I've now been going for nearly two years. I look forward to every class, learn something new every week, and couldn't recommend her any higher!"

"It's rare to find something that truly caters to yogis at every level as well as Andy's classes...From the music to the moves, she takes great care in preparing a fresh and exciting new class every week, always challenging in a different way, with enough variety to keep you in love with yoga."

My work life became incredibly stressful... So, reluctantly, I thought I’d give yoga one last chance. This is when I met Andy. Her classes are unlike anything I have ever been to before. I work hard, sweat, and yet somehow, I come away feeling completely relaxed. The two hours a week that I train with Andy, are some of the sweetest hours in my week. I now get it.
